On Commence par un des gros classique de l’année 1995, Everybody Wants To Be A Gangsta de Dazzie Dee.
Pour la suite on part du côté de Long Beach avec 2 album très lourd, « The Lost Scrolls » par Da 5 Footaz et « City By The Sea » par Hobo, l’album de Kurupt « Space Boogie » et 3 titres tirés de TRUE Crime ou on retrouve Shade Sheist, Lil 1/2 Dead, Dr Stank, Boo Yaa Tribe….
La première partie d’émission se termine sur du Knocturn’Al et par le groupe KF Klick AKA Kali’s Finest Klick…. Lourd!
On poursuit avec deux extraits de l’album de Natural Born « Bring It Back 2 The Streets », et des sons de chili-Bo ainsi que de Shake Da Mayor.
On arrive aux deux sorties de la semaine. La première c’est l’album « Miasto W Chmurach » du groupe polonais Frontal. On retrouve pas mal de monde en featuring sur l’opus tel que Lil Half Dead, Foesum, Xl Middleton ou encore Espe.
Ça vaut sincèrement le coup de prendre le temps de l’écouter car les sonorités sont vraiment bonnes. Un bon album g-funk qui ne provient pas de Californie pour une fois.
Enfin, la deuxième sortie c’est le nouvel album de Baby S « Sharktank ». C’est dispo sur bandcamp depuis le 30 mars dernier. On vous a sélectionné deux tracks pour faire une idée.
On vous ensuite passé le dernier single de Westcoast Stone en feat avec les Westcoast Poplockers. Son album « Vintage Poplock Music » arrive pour la fin du mois. On est honnêtement impatient d’entendre le résultat.
On clôture l’émission avec les derniers singles de Og Tino produit par Espe, le dernier Knitwit et enfin le last Jreal Da realest.

Du classique et encore du classique pour débuter cette émission, on commence donc avec le gros titre « Affro Puffs » de Lady Of Rage sortit sur le soundtrack Above The Rim. Un Petit détour du côté de Compton avec un titre posthume d’Eazye-E, la compilation S.I. Riders vol 1 et une grosse séssion de la période Hoo Bangin’ suivi de 4 titres d’ Mc Eiht.
On cloture cette première partie avec l’abum de Kurupt « The Originals » et par Cutthroat de San Diego avec son album « Community Activist » RIP…..
Attention, très grosse sortie cette semaine avec l’arrivée du nouvel album de Hobo « The Ghetto Bastard ». On vous a sélectionné 3 titres de cet opus qui honnêtement respire bon la Gfunk des années 2000. Comme d’hab c’est dispo sur l’ensemble des plateformes de téléchargement donc faite vous plaisir.
On continue avec les deux nouveaux singles de Kokane, le premier en solo et le second entouré de Big Hutch, Joe Young & le king Tupac. Un autre album, moins connu, est sorti cette semaine. Il s’agit de « Wiki » du groupe originaire d’Inglewood Wrongkind ingles. On retrouve quelques bons titres dont notament un featuring avec George Clinton himself.
On était obligé de rendre hommage à une légende de la Bay, The Jacka, mort assassiné à Oakland cette semaine. Rest in Peace Big Homie ! Vous retrouverez donc un extrait de son très bon album en commun avec Lee Majors « The Gobots 2 : D-Boy Era ».
On termine ensuite avec le dernier single sorti par Spice 1 en début d’année ainsi qu’un gros banger de Potluck en feat avec E-40 & Bosko.
